Evening ritual for peaceful sleep

  • Avoid screen time at least 1 hour before sleep. Try reading a book or listening to calming music.

  • Think of 10 things that you are grateful for from your day. It can be anything from the food you ate, your family, friends, your job, etc.

  • Take a few deep breaths. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. On the exhale, imagine anything that is bothering you is leaving you with exhalation.

  • Visualise your best day. Visualise your perfect day when you awake. See yourself waking up full of energy and achieving everything you want.
