Evening ritual for peaceful sleep
Avoid screen time at least 1 hour before sleep. Try reading a book or listening to calming music.
Think of 10 things that you are grateful for from your day. It can be anything from the food you ate, your family, friends, your job, etc.
Take a few deep breaths. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. On the exhale, imagine anything that is bothering you is leaving you with exhalation.
Visualise your best day. Visualise your perfect day when you awake. See yourself waking up full of energy and achieving everything you want.
