Teaching Meditation
Meditation is more than sitting cross legged, with a straight back, trying to not think.
Meditation is the process of relaxing the mind & body through a combination of deep breathing techniques. Meditation allows you to consciously relax the body to receive the benefits of the meditation by giving the mind and body permission to let go of all stresses.
Once we let go of what we do not want or need, we allow space to welcome what we need.
