Morning ritual for a positive start to your day.

First thing in the morning:

  • Take a few deep breaths. Inhale through the nose & exhale through the mouth.

  • Move your body. Gentle stretches is enough to warm the muscles.

  • Have a cleansing shower/bath. Visualise all the stress washing away.

  • Focus on three goals you will achieve by the end of the day

  • Focus on 3 qualities you will embrace throughout the day. For example, strength, courage, energy, creativity, forgiveness, healthy mind, healthy body.

  • Drink a glass of warm water before consuming anything else. Water is the purest element to cleanse the organs before a meal.
